About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Immigration Services, the Immigration Assistant supports the Immigration Consultant in managing immigration processes for internationally trained physicians. Responsibilities include handling routine correspondence, organizing documents, data entry in MAP, and providing administrative support. The role requires judgment, accuracy, speed, and organizational skills.

About You

We seek candidates with:

  • Grade 12 education
  • One-year Business diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • At least 1 year of related administrative experience, preferably in human resources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to draft and edit correspondence
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)

Hours and Compensation

Long-term full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly.

Hourly rate: $24.26 - $30.32, annually $47,305 - $59,131.
