About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Immigration Services, the Immigration Assistant provides administrative support to the Immigration Consultant, facilitating processes for international trained physicians. Responsibilities include exercising judgment, managing documents, handling correspondence, data entry in MAP, and other administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Grade 12 education
  • A one-year Business diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • At least 1 year of related administrative experience, preferably in human resources
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to draft, format, and edit correspondence
  • Organizational skills and accuracy in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors)

Hours and Compensation

Full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly

Hourly rate: $24.26 - $30.32

Annual salary: $47,305 - $59,131
