Job summary

RTX's Raytheon Canada is seeking multiple ILS Specialists to strengthen our Engineering and ILS team. You will ensure reliability, maintainability, and supportability of advanced systems across LSA, CM/DM, data management, and technical writing.

Collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams is essential to meet program requirements. The role requires a technical degree, 5+ years in ILS, strong analytical and communications skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a technical discipline such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Avionics, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Perform LSA activities such as FMECA, RCM, MTA, and LORA.
• Conduct Failure Trend Analysis and Root Cause Analysis, recommend corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness.
• Assist in developing ILS Plans, Maintenance Plans, Provisioning Plans, and Sustainment Plans.
• Collaborate with CM/DM Specialists on Configuration Management and Data Management.
• Review engineering data and engage SMEs to assess impacts on baseline designs.
• Identify configuration items to track against the baseline and ensure requirements are met.
• Collect, record, and maintain data in the Configuration Status Accounting system with change control.
• Interact with engineering, management, production and customers to address supportability, maintainability, and testability concerns.
• Perform other duties to support team and project objectives.
