WHAT YOU WILL DO

We’re looking for a detail-driven and passionate iGaming QA Analyst - Games Tester to join our Games Portfolio Management team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our games are polished, functional, and fun — across every device and platform. The preferred location for this position is in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

  • Test and verify the functionality, usability, and performance of casino and online games across desktop, mobile (iOS/Android), and tablet devices.
  • Identify bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies in gameplay, UI/UX, and game logic.
  • Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Provide detailed test documentation on UAT/Production
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product to define UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Validate fixes and game updates in both staging and production environments.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation testing (including game releases, platform releases and proper reporting)
  • Manage connection requests for UAT/Production and go-live logistics
  • Collect and manage all supporting documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • BA/BS in a quantitative discipline –Information Technology or Business degree preferred or years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years previous experience in game testing, ideally in the online gaming or iGaming space.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, test case creation, and bug reporting.
  • Hands-on experience testing across multiple devices and platforms (desktop, mobile browsers, native apps).
  • An eye for detail and a passion for playing and analyzing games.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with casino games (e.g., slots, blackjack, roulette) is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of automation testing tools or scripting experience.
  • Up to 10% travel
