Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Identity and Access Management platform administrator to protect IT resources, systems and information, while overseeing user authentication and access management. You will design, administer and maintain secure systems as part of an Agile/DevOps team, delivering documentation and guidance for installation, maintenance and procedures.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, monitoring policies, making risk-based recommendations, and producing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years as IT platform administrator or Linux administrator.
• French language required.
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket/GitHub.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash and YAML.
• Knowledge of identity management (SSO, OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT).
• Knowledge of Concourse and Ansible.
• Willingness for 24/7 on-call support.

Job description

As an Identity and Access Management platform administrator, you help protect IT resources, software and information against unauthorized modification, destruction and disclosure. You also oversee user authentication and access management by designing, administering and maintaining proven, robust security systems. You analyze IT systems and oversee the development of protective measures to back up, restore and secure systems. As a member of a multidisciplinary Agile/DevOps team, you help run and support the platform. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Identify, input, analyze, monitor and interpret data to support operational continuity, decision-making and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices
• Make recommendations
• Analyze risks
• Write reports and make recommendations
• Provide advice on how to implement recommendations
• Produce documents describing the installation, maintenance and operating procedures for the application platform and occasionally update solution architecture documents.
