Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Identity and Access Management platform administrator to protect IT resources and oversee user authentication and access management. The role involves designing, administering, and maintaining robust security systems within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as an IT platform administrator, Linux administrator or other relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of Bitbucket/GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of Python, bash, YAML files and scripting concepts.
• Knowledge of identity management (single sign-on, OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT).
• Knowledge of Concourse and Ansible.
• Available to provide 24/7 support on rotation.

Required

As an Identity and Access Management platform administrator, you help protect IT resources, software and information against unauthorized modification, destruction and disclosure. You also oversee user authentication and access management by designing, administering and maintaining proven, robust security systems. You analyze IT systems and oversee the development of protective measures to back up, restore and secure systems. As a member of a multidisciplinary Agile/DevOps team, you help run and support the platform. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Identify, input, analyze, monitor and interpret data to support operational continuity, decision-making and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices
• Make recommendations
• Write reports and make recommendations
• Provide advice on how to implement recommendations
• Produce documents describing the installation, maintenance and operating procedures for the application platform and occasionally update solution architecture documents.
• Analyze risks
