Job summary

Northern Health – BC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the ICU team at Ksyen Regional Hospital. You will deliver compassionate patient care, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and adhere to BCCNM standards and patient-family centered care.

Under supervision of the Manager, you will assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex health issues. Shifts include days and nights, rotating.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid license in British Columbia (BCCNM standards)
• Commitment to compassionate patient care and patient-family centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interprofessional team

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide and evaluate direct nursing care for patients with complex health issues
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the team
• Work within ICU protocols and under supervision of the Manager or designate
