Qualifications

• High school completion and related technical training with refrigeration/engineering focus.
• 5th Class Power Engineer or Refrigeration Operator Certification required.
• Valid BC driver’s license and related driving experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Operate ammonia refrigeration plant safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain ice surface and building conditions as required.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE when needed.
• Coordinate with staff and oversee assigned personnel.
