Job summary

Immiland Law Professional Corporation is seeking a full-time Immigration Consultant to advise clients on immigration options and manage cases from intake through submission to IRCC. You will prepare, file, and monitor applications, ensuring compliance with ICCRC regulations while staying current on evolving Canadian immigration laws.

The role demands strong organization, multi-project handling, and excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Advanced level of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
  • 1–5 years of experience in immigration or related field.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Independent problem solving aligned with company values.
  • Strong communication and professionalism with clients and coworkers.
  • Willingness to participate in video promotions and learn new systems.
  • ICCRC/IRCC license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide immigration consultations to clients and evaluate best pathways (study, work permits, express entry, etc).
  • Prepare and submit applications to IRCC, including forms, letters, and document packages.
  • Stay updated on Canadian immigration laws and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor applications throughout the process.
  • Collect and manage client data in compliance with ICCRC regulations.
  • Fill electronic forms presenting client information.
  • Participate in paralegal training and adapt to company processes.
  • Follow up with clients post-consultation to advance contracts.
  • Assist in content creation for promotional videos.
