KeyData Cyber is hiring an IAM Support Engineer – ETL & Data Modeling to join our Managed Services team in Canada. You will provide Level 2 support for IAM programs, troubleshoot ETL, SQL, data integration, and data modelling issues, and work with a global 24x7 team. The role includes on-call, shift, and weekend work as required.
Location: Toronto office, onsite five days a week. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ETL/data engineering, strong SQL, IAM concepts, and ITIL knowledge.

We are currently looking to hire an IAM Support Engineer – ETL & Data Modeling to join KeyData Cyber’s Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide Level 2 support for our customers’ IAM programs, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ETL, SQL, data integration, data modelling, and IAM applications. In this role, you will be a part of a global team that provides 24x7 support to help customers with their IAM Program. You'll troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. Our Managed Services teams are focused and dedicated to the customers, and you will help drive the success of the IAM program by understanding and advocating for our customers’ issues. This role requires you to work in a shift pattern or non-standard work hours as required depending on the project's needs. This may include weekend work.

The base salary range for this position is CAD $52,000 - $70,000. The final base salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, overall fit for the role, and expected ramp-up time.
