Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead RSA SecurID and Okta identity platforms in Canada. You will implement authentication controls, support MFA/SSO, and ensure secure access across environments.

Responsibilities include RSA administration, token lifecycle management, and integration with VPNs and applications while coordinating with vendors and security teams.

• Hands-on experience administering RSA SecurID Authentication Manager, including installation, upgrades, backups, replicas, and system health monitoring.
• Expertise in RSA token lifecycle management (hardware and software tokens), including provisioning, replacement, resynchronization, and PIN policy enforcement.
• Strong experience integrating RSA with VPNs, web applications, Citrix, using RADIUS, LDAP, and SAML.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and security concepts, including MFA2FA, TCPIP, DNS, NTP, firewall ports, and IAM best practices.
• Proven troubleshooting and operational support skills, including log analysis, incident resolution, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Deep expertise in Okta Identity Cloud, including Okta Universal Directory, Workforce Identity, Lifecycle Management, and administrative console operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, and authentication policies, including adaptive risk-based authentication and password less flows.
• Understanding of Okta Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Org2Org Connector and routing rules setup.""
