Job summary

AceStack in Montreal, Quebec is hiring an IAM Engineer with Python development experience to support Identity & Access Management, directory services, automation, and production engineering. The role emphasizes Python scripting, Linux/RHEL administration, and PingDS/ForgeRock DS expertise.

The candidate will work on automation, migrations, releases, and operational improvements, using modern practices and AI-assisted development tools, in a hybrid on-site setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development experience for automation and tooling.
• Experience with PingDS / ForgeRock Directory Services is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux/RHEL administration and scripting (Python/Bash).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation, utilities, APIs, integrations, and data-processing solutions.
• Support IAM and Directory Services platforms including configuration, migration, upgrades, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain Python and Bash scripts for automation, migration, deployment, validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Work with PingDS plugins, extensions, and custom integrations; contribute to related Java components as needed.
