WSP in Manitoba is seeking a Hydrotechnical Engineer to shape water resources projects across the Prairies and North. You’ll lead design and delivery, influence flood protection and watershed systems, and mentor engineers while working with local teams.

As a Hydrotechnical Engineer in our Prairies & North group, you’ll shape the future of water resources engineering across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, northern communities, and remote regions. You’ll lead transformative projects while enjoying comprehensive project ownership, visible technical leadership pathways, a diverse and challenging portfolio, and strong mentorship with real local autonomy. Your expertise will influence high‑profile initiatives across Canada and beyond, while you mentor emerging professionals and help define what success looks like for the future of WSP.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
