  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through full project cycles — from early concepts to construction and client care — ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Advance sustainability by applying environmental and climate‑resilient design principles at every project stage.
  • Grow client relationships, supporting proposals, strategic pursuits, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Mentor emerging engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • You are eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba and thrive in roles with shared technical leadership.
  • You have strong proficiency with hydrologic/hydraulic modelling tools (e.g., HEC‑RAS, MIKE, PCSWMM) and apply data‑driven approaches to complex water challenges.
