WSP is seeking a Hydrotechnical Engineer to shape water resources projects across Manitoba and the Prairies & North region. You will deliver hydro modelling, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive technical excellence with local autonomy.
You’ll work on flood protection, hydraulic structures, and watershed systems while mentoring engineers and fostering client relationships across diverse projects.

As a Hydrotechnical Engineer in our Prairies & North group, you’ll shape the future of water resources engineering across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, northern communities, and remote regions. You’ll lead transformative projects while enjoying comprehensive project ownership, visible technical leadership pathways, a diverse and challenging portfolio, and strong mentorship with real local autonomy.
