Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to assist the Retail Distribution leadership team within Sun Life Global Investments. The role focuses on coordinating planning, events, and expense processes to enable smooth operations of Retail management initiatives.

Hybrid work environment with collaboration across Product, Marketing, Finance and IT, supporting senior leaders and ensuring timely execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office/administrative experience
• College Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and team collaboration
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities for Retail LT and Retail Value Streams
• Schedule meetings and manage forums for Retail LT
• Prepare expense reports and mileage logs; ensure timely approvals
• Process outside contracts/services payments
• Support cross-department collaboration (Product, Marketing, Finance, IT)
• Assist with promotional and co-operative marketing requests
• Attend sales conference calls and keep teams informed of events
