Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technology teams

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more apps support teams and provides technical oversight across systems and applications
• Delivers a holistic view of production environments for technology and business stakeholders
• Guides feedback reviews with development managers and ensures outstanding issues are tracked to closure
• Performs incident and problem resolution with root cause analysis and escalation when needed
• Coordinates with primary clients to understand strategic objectives and ensure alignment
• Participates in risk and compliance awareness and contributes to strategy for apps support
