Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) seeks an experienced Training and Documentation Manager for the Vancouver-based IRG Training and Documentation Team. You will lead onboarding, ensure access to software, and coordinate staff movements across offices to support a smooth transition for new hires.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration with senior managers, and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding and training staff across multiple offices.
• Proficient in document formatting, language, and structure of corporate docs.
• Ability to manage documentation workflow diagrams and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees across all offices and provide application overviews.
• Maintain onboarding checklist and coordinate staff movements including onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain IRG documentation model and collaborate with Senior Managers to determine documentation needs.
• Create and review documentation process workflow diagrams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide training to new staff based on team and role requirements.
