Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. in Canada seeks a Training and Documentation Manager to join the Vancouver-based Training and Documentation Team. The role focuses on onboarding, access provisioning, staff movements, and maintaining the IRG documentation model to support a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with IRG leadership to ensure processes are well-documented, deliver training, and assist with audits and projects; a strong communicator with detail orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce (Finance preferred) or Economics; Canadian Securities Course or equivalent would be an asset.
• At least five years of related work experience in finance/investment management would be an asset.
• Experience training and/or coaching staff is an asset with patience and flexibility.
• Able to understand the big picture while remaining detail-oriented; strong organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees across all offices and provide application overviews as required.
• Ensure new employees have access to the appropriate software by completing pre-testing before they join the department.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and coordinate staff movements, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves.
• Maintain the IRG’s documentation model, work with Senior Managers to determine processes to document, and assist with formatting and structure of documents.
