Job summary

Direct IT Recruiting Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Collateral & Liquidity Operations to oversee daily collateral management activities, improve processes, and support the enterprise-wide margin function within the Finance Division.

The role reports to the Senior Manager and leads a team of eight professionals across cross-functional collaborations. You will partner with Treasury and Risk to ensure collateral resilience, manage bilateral & cleared products, and drive initiatives for

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Investment Operations with collateral management expertise including ISDA CSA/GMRA, cleared margin, regulatory collateral initiatives (SIMM, Sponsored Repo)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Collateral Management Lifecycle for buy-side activities and act as first line of defense against counterparty risk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support scalability.
• Deliver on strategic initiatives by establishing requirements and evaluating impacts.
• Foster partnerships with Treasury, Risk, Legal, Investments and other Finance teams for timely issue resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for intraday activities and growth.
