Job summary

Metro is seeking a Store Automated Ordering Replenishment Analyst to optimize in-stock performance through automated replenishment processes. You will collaborate with Stores, Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Distribution to align forecasts with store needs and supply chain insights.

The role requires 1–3 years of analytics, a university degree, and strong Excel and SAP experience. Hybrid work, solid benefits, and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytical experience in grocery retail, supply chain, replenishment, inventory management, or operations.
• University degree as specified in Education.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; data/reporting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and release system-generated purchase orders while monitoring inventory to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales, promotions, seasonality, and local factors to evaluate forecasting performance and inventory outcomes.
• Identify inventory risks and replenishment issues affecting store operations and act to resolve.
• Collaborate with Stores, Merchandising, Operations, Logistics, and Demand Planning to support product flow.
