Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 3-6 years in digital forensics or supporting legal teams.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery software, data analytics tools, and review platforms.
• Strong understanding of data preservation, admissibility, and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect electronic data from various sources, including cloud platforms, with proper preservation.
• Perform forensic imaging of devices and storage media to preserve data integrity.
• Organize and index data for efficient review using specialized software and databases.
• Review data to identify potentially relevant information for cases or investigations.
• Provide technical guidance to legal teams and outside counsel on data collection and review processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards and maintain clear chain of custody.
