Qualifications

• 5+ years of Vendor Management within enterprise environments.
• 5+ years managing the Third-Party Management Lifecycle and vendor relationships.
• Risk and governance support related to third-party business arrangements.
• Familiarity with SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for vendor performance monitoring and reporting.
• University or Diploma

Responsibilities

• Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML.
• Monitor and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
• Identify and escape issues related to vendor risks and relationships.
• Lead problem resolution activities for complex vendor-related issues.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and support compliance with policies and standards.
• Conduct internal and external research projects and support presentation development for management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support vendor engagements, transitions, and terminations.
