rTraction in London, ON is seeking a Senior Project Manager to bring order to complex digital projects for nonprofits. You will ensure client timelines are met and budgets are controlled, while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Senior project manager experience required.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall methods.
• General computer literacy and software familiarity.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resource needs to VP Operations for projects under your responsibility.
• Allocate project resources daily to meet deliverables.
• Break down project budgets and create delivery dates for production resources.
• Create and execute project documentation.
• Coordinate with Management, Account Exec, Lead Developer, and others to ensure resources are available.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Track changes from pre- to post-work stages.
• Provide weekly status updates to Leadership.
• Conduct project retrospectives.
