Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (CISO) to review internal and external business processes and to document current and future states of workflows and data repositories for sensitive operations.

The role will contribute to a series of IT projects to upgrade or build new applications, support design and implementation of a new Ministry program, and produce Visio diagrams and PowerPoint summaries of findings.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise experience, CRM, data strategy experience, and assist standing up a new Ministry program.
• Must be well versed in business process mapping, project charter development, and detailing business requirements.
• Illustrate Business processes and conceptual IT architecture diagrams in Visio.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external business processes and document current and future states of workflows and data repositories.
• Develop and present business requirements and test case summaries as needed.
• Deconflict, modernize and digitize high sensitivity workflows to improve service delivery.
