Job summary

Superior Glove is seeking aSenior Graphic Designer to join our team in Acton, Ontario. This hybrid role blends high‑impact creative work with strategic brand leadership in a fast-paced marketing environment.

You will mentor junior designers, manage cross‑functional projects, and contribute to evolving brand standards across print and digital channels. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in graphic design are required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality assets across print, digital, web, email, and social channels.
• Execute creative work across multiple disciplines including graphic design, photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video as required.
• Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into compelling visual communications.
• Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Coordinate project timelines, communicate progress, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of Superior Glove's brand standards, design systems, templates, and creative assets.
• Provide guidance and day-to-day design support to junior and intermediate designers.
• Recommend improvements to creative workflows, processes, and team efficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
