Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. is seeking a Retail Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our Retail Portfolio Operations team.

You will maintain client portfolio data, work with custodians, and produce monthly, quarterly and annual client reports for High-Net-Worth clients. The role emphasizes accurate data handling, collaboration with multiple internal and external partners, and support for performance inquiries across transactional data.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of investment accounts (RRSP, TFSA, RRIF).
• Ability to produce high-quality output and identify improvements.
• Strong problem solving and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Collaborative and communicative team player.
• At least one year of related experience in an investment firm, bank or trust company is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling client portfolio and fund data, including client cash, holdings, and units, plus fund level cash flows and performance.
• Working with external custodians, fund administrators, and CC&L internal teams.
• Responding to ad hoc client portfolio queries from custodians and front office.
• Producing monthly, quarterly and annual client reports for High-Net-Worth clients.
• Providing support to other teams on performance inquiries related to transactional data.
• Trading pooled funds and monitoring High-Net-Worth clients using the Custom Trade Order Management system.
• Coordinating account transfers between various custodians.
• Maintenance of client fee and holdings data to generate invoices and collect fees.
• Assisting with process enhancement projects for CC&L Private Capital Ltd & CC&L Funds Inc.
