You will oversee operations across FC locations, drive technology adoption, and coordinate training while maintaining client service standards.

The role requires coaching, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, with travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3-6 years of experience; degree or college diploma preferred.
• Experience coaching, leading and influencing teams in financial services.
• Bilingual as required.

Responsibilities

• Runs the operations of the FC locations and leads the FC resource administration team.
• Performs regular one-on-one reviews to align goals with company needs.
• Assesses advisor learning needs; recommends training and develops schedules.
