Job summary

The Co-operators Group Limited in Toronto is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Emerging Business Model Tech team. You will design tests, execute system testing, and collaborate with developers to ensure quality across web, UI and API components.

You will work in a hybrid model with two days in the office, and you’ll have access to training, flexible work options, paid time off, and a comprehensive rewards package including health benefits.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in IT/CS with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Translate business requirements into system and application needs.
Experience with automated testing, including UI and API testing.
Insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create test strategy for small to medium projects.
Execute system testing according to plan.
Coordinate resolution of testing issues with developers/analysts.
Create and maintain test documentation and case records.
Conduct walkthroughs of testing documentation for small-to-medium projects.
Analyze testing workflows and recommend quality improvements.
