Qualifikationen

• Seven years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Five years managing ICI ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with commercial developers, owners, REITs, or construction managers is a plus.
• PM certifications such as PMP, GSC or P.Eng. are assets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Support Leasing with technical review and lease term negotiations.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, general contractors, municipalities, service providers, suppliers, and 3rd party vendors.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance, manage risk, and escalate issues to leadership.
