Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in renewables, with strong knowledge of power electronics, AC/DC systems, and grid integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar or wind power.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, AC/DC systems, and grid integration principles.
• Familiarity with software for system design and simulation (e.g., PVSyst, Homer).
• Experience with project management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for solar PV and wind energy projects, including inverters, transformers, and grid connection infrastructure.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses for potential renewable energy sites.
• Prepare detailed electrical design documentation, single-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including utility companies, suppliers, and construction teams.
• Oversee the electrical aspects of project construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during project development and operation.
