Job summary

Groupe Chagall is seeking a Project Manager for Kitchen & Residential Millwork in South Surrey. You will lead residential and architectural millwork projects from planning through installation, coordinating with teams in Quebec to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, business development, and cross‑functional collaboration with estimating and manufacturing to grow our Western Canada market.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Millwork, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential construction, cabinetry, millwork, development, or general contracting projects.
• Experience working directly with residential builders,developers, or general contractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction, millwork manufacturing, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen cabinetry, residential, and architectural millwork projects from planning through installation.
• Coordinate with Quebec teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Lead project coordination and site meetings with clients, builders, and designers.
