Job summary

Les Franchises Chico Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager, Construction and Development to lead store openings, renovations, relocations, and retail development across Quebec. Hybrid role with office, remote work, and frequent field visits to project sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail construction project management, strong communication skills in French and English, and proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Asana. Travel across Quebec is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in retail construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and resource coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam or Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed by stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for assigned projects.
• Support and guide franchisees through project integration and execution.
• Plan and coordinate external resources and quotes as required.
• Coordinate store layout development and oversee orders for fixtures and furnishings.
• Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from planning through completion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
