Qualifications

• PM professional certification and a degree in business or project management are required.
• Experience applying project management principles and coaching others in their use.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent PM software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and budget, including charters and milestones.
• Develop schedules with the PMO and manage project milestones and risks.
• Prepare agendas, chair meetings, and communicate deliverables and risks to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgeting and resources; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and provide status updates to sponsors.
• Support new product/service initiatives with process improvements and schedules.
