Job summary

United Way of the Alberta Capital Region is seeking a Program Manager for Donorship Relations and Leadership Giving. The role leads the donor engagement framework, stewardship, and leadership giving strategies to strengthen relationships with leadership donors and volunteers.

You will work across departments to embed donor stewardship in fundraising and communications, ensuring personalized engagement and recognition while driving growth and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Social Sciences, Humanities or related field.
• Minimum of four to six years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a comprehensive donor relations strategy across donor segments and giving levels.
• Leads stewardship initiatives including recognition programs and personalized donor outreach.
• Collaborates with multiple teams to design donor journey maps and proactive engagement strategies.
• Prepares customized donor proposals, impact reports, and stewardship communications.
• Drives donor growth, retention, and engagement through leadership giving initiatives.
