Job summary

DATA Communications Management Corp. (DCM) is seeking a Program Manager to lead data-driven campaigns from concept to completion across diverse industries. You will serve as the key link between clients, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of four days in the Calgary office, with an option for one remote day per week after training. The role emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing production or account management within the print industry.
• Strong customer service skills with flexibility for overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate projects between internal departments.
• Lead production-related activities including campaigns, direct mail, kitting/fulfillment, print production, and inventory.
• Support Sales with administrative tasks, project planning, and orders.
• Create project plans and schedules; manage production and lead post-project analyses.
• Interpret instructions for internal teams and perform quality control on copy and proofs.
• Conduct postmortems and implement continuous improvement strategies.
