Job summary

DATA Communications Management Corp. (DCM) seeks a Program Manager to lead data-driven campaigns from concept to completion in a hybrid Calgary role. You will coordinate clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

The role requires a marketing or business background, exceptional client service, and strong printing knowledge. Expect collaboration across departments with opportunities for remote work one day per week after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional customer service skills with flexibility to work overtime.
• Strong understanding of offset, digital, and large-format printing.
• Process-driven with analytical, data reporting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating projects between internal departments.
• Lead activities related to management of projects including marketing campaigns, direct mail, kitting/fulfillment and distribution, print production, estimating, inventory, and client deliverables.
• Partner with Sales by providing support for administrative tasks, project planning, and orders.
• Create project plans, back schedules, manage production, drive accountabilities, and follow up with job analyses.
