Job summary

ACCES Employment is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Connecting to Careers in Biomanufacturing and Smart Manufacturing programs in the GTA. You will supervise staff, oversee budgets, coordinate with partners, and ensure deliverables align with funders and policies.

The role requires collaboration with internal/external partners, reporting to the Director, Services, and a hybrid work schedule with some evenings/weekends as needed. Strong leadership and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• 5 years of management experience in not-for-profit or employment sectors.
• Experience with diverse communities and local labour market trends.
• Leadership, mentorship and staff development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program activities in line with funder contracts and organizational policies.
• Meet or exceed project deliverables and employment outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and other ACCES programs.
• Manage staffing: recruitment, supervision, performance and training.
• Oversee program budgets and partner/supplier contracts.
• Prepare and audit program files and reports for funders.
• Plan service delivery schedules with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop online assets and curriculum support for the project.
• Build partnerships to support program delivery and sustainability.
• Produce program data reports and funding proposals.
