Job summary

Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. in Mississauga seeks a Project Coordinator to support Technical Operations in managing site-specific capital projects and client initiatives.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, track scope, costs, and timelines, prepare reports, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction from start to finish. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential, along with knowledge of GMP practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, engineering or project management; preferably in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
  • Pharmaceutical Product Development or Technical Operations experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Canadian, US, and European Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal English) skills, as well as the ability to motivate and influence.
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
  • Demonstrated, well-developed analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Daily project coordination, active communication, tracking of minutes, actions, risks, and preparation of reports for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate identification and tracking of critical path activities, risks, and develop contingency and acceleration plans.
  • Support government funding deliverables, including scope changes, progress reporting, and time reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact on assigned projects from beginning to end of the project with accountability for project deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate meetings with Resilience, vendors, contractors, and other external groups as needed, including organizing all meeting materials and logistics such as agendas, minutes, actions, risks, and others.
  • Coordinate with vendors, review and negotiate proposals for terms, conditions and assumptions which impact project activities and have business implications.
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders including Design Firm, General Contractor or Construction Manager, Client Managers, Procurement, Technical Services, Quality, Maintenance and Validation Operations to facilitate execution of engineering related work.
  • Facilitate schedule, cost, and monthly performance.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports using MS Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Ensure involvement and active participation in assigned projects and all levels within the Resilience departments.
  • Create / maintain metrics in support of the reporting requirements.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

This role focuses on supporting the Technical Operations department in Project Management activities of site‑specific strategic, capital projects, and client‑specific projects through collaboration with Engineering project teams, internal and external stakeholders. The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in executing a variety of internal or client‑funded projects (scope, costs, timelines, etc.). Key activities include, but are not limited to, daily project coordination, active communication, tracking of minutes, actions, risks, and preparation of reports for senior leadership.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
