Job summary

CARFAX Canada, located in London, Ontario, is seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from ideation to market optimization. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and customer teams to understand and fulfill product needs.

The role requires leadership, customer focus, and strong analytical skills to shape strategy, roadmaps and go-to-market plans in a hybrid work environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2C.
• Experience in software organizations and marketplaces.
• Experience optimizing consumer metrics (acquisition, retention, conversion, engagement).
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and be a positive contributor.
• Empathize with customers to create customer-centric experiences.
• Research market trends and weigh costs, benefits, and risks to propose strategies.
• Define outcomes using data, metrics, and qualitative insights; guide development teams.

• Translate roadmaps into user stories through stakeholder negotiation.
