Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a hands-on Post-Silicon Debug Engineer to diagnose and resolve hardware and firmware issues across our AI accelerator platforms. You will lead silicon, board, and system‑level debug, analyze power, thermal, memory, PCIe and NoC interconnects, and develop Python/C scripts to accelerate failure analysis.

Laboratory work, robust debugging tools, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware debug engineer with silicon, firmware, and software cross-functional focus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Post-silicon validation and bring-up experience in lab environments.
• Experience building debug tools and scalable methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with ASIC, firmware, software, and validation teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, root‑cause, and resolve hardware and firmware issues across Tenstorrent’s AI accelerator platforms.
• Lead silicon, board, and system‑level debug across power delivery, thermal behavior, memory, and interconnects.
• Develop debug scripts and automation to accelerate failure analysis and triage.
• Work in the lab with debugging equipment to characterize system behavior.
