Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Business, Finance, HR or related field required; PCP certification preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills and experience with cloud-based payroll systems (Workday).
• 3+ years payroll experience in a large organization with collective agreements.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll system and processes for salaried and hourly employees.
• Ensure inputs are accurate and comply with policies and government regulations.
• Prepare ROEs, T4s and year-to-date payroll adjustments.
