Job summary

Metergy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Operations to plan, execute, and finalize operations projects across submetering deployments. The role includes coordinating resources, scheduling, procurement, and cross‑team communication to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.

This position requires 4–5+ years in maintenance/metering, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel within the GTA. The office is in Markham with a move to North York planned for late 2026.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma from a recognized university/college.
• 4-5+ years of related experience in the maintenance and/or metering field.
• Familiarity with electrical, water, gas and thermal metering/systems concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving background.
• Possess strong communication skills and professional attitude that positively affect customer relationships.
• Must be able to travel to properties within GTA.

Responsibilities

• Review ticket requests and prepare work instructions for contractors/technicians/project coordinators.
• Troubleshoot meter deficiencies locally and remotely.
• Provide technical analysis of drawings and electrical/mechanical systems to support contractors and internal staff.
• Communicate issues to help mitigate risks and maintain service quality.
• Continuous improvement to evolve operations and processes.
• Support Operations’ projects as necessary.
