Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely. We are seeking a high-output onboarding specialist to add value, energy, and technical expertise to our Customer Onboarding & Data Migration team.
You will conduct daily live strategy sessions, drive customers to achieve first value, and own the lifecycle from onboarding through post-ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in customer onboarding or enablement is preferred.
- Comfort delivering live training and sessions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily live strategy and training sessions with customers via Zoom.
- Identify first-value milestones and drive customers to achieve them.
- Own customer lifecycle from onboarding through post-ownership.
- Collaborate with Sales and Enablement to ensure smooth adoption.
- Manage multiple client cases with defined tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain customer health and reduce churn through proactive actions.
- Contribute to Help Center and cross-team process improvements.
