Job summary

Lactalis Canada is seeking a Marketing Intern to collaborate with the innovation team to plan, manage, and execute marketing innovation launches. You will work on projects ranging from small to mid-sized in scope, partnering with the Senior Innovation Manager for successful execution.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, tracking performance, and supporting budgeting and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is preferred.
• In pursuit of post-secondary education in marketing or a related discipline.
• Proactively anticipate problems and take initiative.
• Analytical skills with accurate reporting.
• Solid understanding of marketing and business fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong initiative and the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• French speaking is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, managing, and executing marketing innovation launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution of initiatives.
• Monitor volume and profitability targets and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support long-term planning and marketing spend tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
