Placements24 is seeking a proactive Logistics Clerk to support daily logistics operations in Kimberley. The role includes processing shipping documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with carriers and customers in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities cover data entry, shipment tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of logistics principles and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule in Kimberley.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing shipping and receiving documents, such as bills of lading and delivery orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment details.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status and inquiries.
• Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly.
