You will represent the corporation in litigation before courts and tribunals, draft pleadings and briefs, and provide strategic legal advice to business units to mitigate risk.

The role requires a license to practice in Ontario, 3+ years post‑call litigation experience, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced public

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario (L1) and in good standing.
• 3+ years post-call litigation experience.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent TCHC in litigation before tribunals and courts.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, briefs and related documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to business units to mitigate risk.
