Job summary

Affiliated Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to join our Mississauga office. You will support LBMX‑based operations, maintain partner data, and build BI reports using Qlik to drive operational insight for the GSD, PHCP, and AD Canada teams.

The role requires fluency in SQL, relational databases, and BI tools with a customer‑centred approach. Hybrid work is available, with a schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Proficient in relational databases and SQL for reporting.
• Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools for building reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for LBMX‑related questions from internal users, distributors, and suppliers.
• Maintain partner data and cross‑reference information in LBMX and related systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Solution Center for end users and ensure data accuracy.
• Validate EDI transactions from a business perspective and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
• Develop and distribute business reports using Qlik and other BI tools to support operations.
