Job summary

Elastify is seeking a curious, motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across cybersecurity, internal IT support, and GRC consulting in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Based in Toronto with a hybrid work setup, you will support security operations, assist with risk assessments, and learn to apply frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF while growing into more advanced cybersecurity

Qualifications

Recent graduate in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, IS, or related field.
Strong interest in cybersecurity, risk, compliance and consulting.
Basic understanding of OS, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity concepts.
Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate and help others with technology.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support and onboarding for employees.
Help maintain security policies and internal documentation.
Support cybersecurity and compliance activities, including risk assessments.
Work with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
Assist with client and internal security projects while learning consulting best practices.
Participate in training to build cybersecurity and GRC expertise.
