Qualifications

• Diploma in IS/IT Technologies or Networking.
• Strong knowledge of PC software and hardware.
• Proficiency in a Microsoft environment including Workstation/Server/SQL/Azure/Active Directory/Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops and surveys to translate needs into business requirements or user stories.
• Develop and document business process models illustrating current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions to meet the Pod/Platform team’s needs and objectives.
• Communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Act as liaison between Pod/Platform, Dev & QA, and IT departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing optimization.
