Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in investments, financial markets, asset management, or retirement industry.
• Basic understanding of investment concepts and financial markets through coursework or experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with interest in financial and investment data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and eagerness to develop advanced data skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational skills with multiple assignments and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new investment, business, and technology concepts.
• Comfortable collaborating in a professional team environment.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies is an asset.
• Exposure to financial services or investment research tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis of fund lineups, investment strategies, fund mapping, and other investment information used to support internal business partners.
• Conduct research on investments, product features, industry trends, competitor offerings, and retirement investment solutions.
• Assist with routine investment performance calculations and analysis.
• Support month-end and quarter-end investment reporting activities.
• Assist the team with ongoing management and maintenance of retirement investment platforms and fund offerings.
• Develop knowledge of investment products, platform information, and retirement concepts through hands‑on experience and guidance from the team.
